Update FOM stuck

Hi,

I'm trying to install latest patches on my SV3200 but the update hung at update of FOM. What can I do to solve this issue?

I reinstalled and reconfigured FOM but the problem still persists.

Then removed the FOM from Store Virtual -> Settings -> Manager Status.

An SSL verification failure occurred while downloading the file "upgrades_manifest.xml" from "https://downloads.hpe.com/pub/StoreVirtual/SVMC". The error returned was: The operation failed because of a SSL connect error.

Hi Detlef

This can happen for several reasons so difficult to point out unless i review the logs. I would recommend to log a case with HPE support.

NOTE ( not related to previous query) : Also make sure you are at SANiQ 13.6 with latest patches, the previous versions including 13.5 had lot of issues which are fixed with 13.6
