VSA 11.5 Nodes Reporting "Uninitialized Disk"

I have 2 v11.5 nodes that are both showing the error "Drive 1' Status - 'Uninitialized' but drive 1 is the 8gb VSA boot drive.  All the drives assigned to the node for data storage are initialized and working fine.  Any idea how to remove this warning?
