lefthand P4500 can't talk to local network
I have a couple of p4500s, and one of them can not talk to traffic on the same network. support states it's something in my switch but I am not sure where to start looking. Both p4500 are on the same subnet, one can ping the other but the other can not ping the other. Here is the output of support's root session.
[root@Thor ~]# traceroute 172.24.12.21
traceroute to 172.24.12.21 (172.24.12.21), 30 hops max, 40 byte packets

Check your subnet mask on the 2 boxes.
Were these boxes working previously?
Is this a new installation?
Any additional info you can provide?

new install, never worked.
there are 2 SANS, 1 san is at the second datacenter can talk to the local network. Both SANS are identical except IP address. subnet masks are the same on both sans
