lefthand vsa 9.5 srm5 failed to sync data on replica device

Hi All,

I have this problem when i was trying to test recovery plan. i hope someone has already face this prblem, so there will be a solution for this problem.

i have already configure 2 lefthand vsa (trial version), 2 management groups, 2 cluster, 2 site and successfully  "schedule to remote snapshot a volume".

vcenter SRM5 already configured, i;ve already create one recovery plan.

the problem is, when i try to test recovery plan in vcenter SRM5, after i click "Test" button and i check the "replicate recent changes to recovery site"  i have this errr "failed to sync data on replica device .... "  with error stack "No remote snapshots were created. None"

i'm using "HP_P4000_VSA_9.5_Full_Evaluation_SW_for_Vmware_ESX_requires_ESX_servers_AX696-10536"

and "HP_P4000_SRA_2.0_for_Vmware_SRM_5.0_AX696-10538"

additional info:

and yes, i have already follow procedure from this forum about "SRA v9.5 problem??: SRM test fails to create snapshot" and register the "Feature Registration"  - before the issue occurred.
