san iq 8.1 to 8.5 upgrade

i have upgraded san iq 8.1 to 8.5 . upgrade went successfull without any errors. but after the upgrade we have rebooted the node. after the reboot the node is not coming up and it stays at "Booting Kernel".
how to resolve this issue ??

It sounds as though your upgrade wasn't so successful. I had that happen one time and it just took a while for it to come back up as it was doing an internal drive scan.

You could also try powering it off and wait a minute and try and bring it on again. If the issue persists, call support.

I have registered a case with hp support. They gave a ftp site to download the P4x00 G2 quick restore CD. But i tried using the CD but the recovery failed with error "hda - medium error" on my both the nodes.

But both the nodes are working fine with 8.1.
is there any separate receovery cd for p4500 boxes ?
