upgrade to 11.5 motherboard nic not work

I have P4500G2 with software version 10.5.

The moterboard nic ip set to 10.0.0.11 and the two 10g nic bonded ip set to 10.0.0.21.

After upgrade to 11.5 can not ping moterboard nic ip 10.0.0.11.
