1Q Trunk does not work between a 1510G-48 and a 1810G-24
Does anyone know the correct way to configure a 1Q trunk between a 1510G-48 and a 1810G-24?
The switches:
ProCurve 2510G-48 (J9280A), Version: Y.11.08, ROM N.10.02
Procurve 1810G-24 (J9450A), Version: P.1.17
We have about 20 vlans that need to be trunked, including vlan 1, which is our default vlan.
I have tried different vlan settings, without success. With a host plugged directly into one of the switches, I'm unable to arp for the mac of the remote switch.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Re: 1Q Trunk does not work between a 1510G-48 and a 1810G-24
In ProVision CLI speak, multiple vlans over a single link is called "tagged".
Each vlan needs to have the port connecting the 2 switches together defined as "tagged", example:
(config)# vlan 1 tag 24
(config)# vlan 2 tag 24
(config)# vlan 3 tag 24
(config)# vlan 4 tag 24
On HP ProVision switches, all ports are "untagged" by default in vlan 1 so connectivity will be there anyway in vlan 1.
Get this CLI ref guide, it shows how to configure HP ProVision, HP Comware5 and Cisco switches for lots of different functions, in a side-by-side comparison, so if you know one CLI, you see how to do it in a different CLI:

thanks for the correction and the reference. I'm used to cisco terminology.
