I would like to collect part and serial number of the SFP optics we have in our various switchs (2600, 2510 and 2810 series).
Is there a way from the CLI or other means ?
I read about the 'show module' command but this exists apparently only on higher ends switches.
"show tech" doesn't show it.
Thanks in advance.
Cheers,

Re: 2600, 2800 and series : getting SFP Part and serial number
"show tech transc" is just what I needed !
Tanks a lot.
Stupid me, I didn't imagine that "sh tech" has more options.
Cheers,
