2600 syslog and severity
I have syslog enabled but how can I modify the 2600 syslog so that it sends level 4 or higher messages (warning/error/critical/emergency) only.
I'm not interested in notice or informational messages.

Re: 2600 syslog and severity
I don't believe that you can select the level of messages to be sent to syslog with these switches.
What you may be able to do though is change the 'fault-finder' sensitivity to low. I'm hoping that will also change the amount of information messages that are sent through to the syslog.

Re: 2600 syslog and severity
I did some research into the fault finder and fault finder refers to physical media connection type errors which I would want to alert messages. I can't believe that HP would provide a syslog function where you can't modify the level. It is standard on most other manufacturerers.
