2626 firmware upgrade problem

OK I seem to be having a bad firmware day... I just remotely upgraded 2 older 2626 switches running 7.02 firmware to 8.86 via TFTP. The odd thing is that I have had the exact same problem with both, after the upgrade. In both cases the enable password that worked in the past no longer works. I am quite positive that the enable password worked on both before the upgrade, but now it does not. Is there anything I can do remotely or am I looking at sending out a tech to do a factory reset and re-IP???

Should be no need to do a full factory reset, just hold in the clear button for a few seconds to erase the password.
