2810 and VLAN Routing

Hi all,
why the 2810 dosn't have vlan routing feature?
Is not a gigabit version of the smaller 2610?

2610 has this feature and 2810 doesn't.

Are there any plans to implement it in newer firmware?

2810 only L2 switch unable make routing

2610 switch gigabit version 3500 series
because 2610 have access control list like 3500 switch
but you can't make acl configuration you can use 2900 series switch
