3500yl-24G: cannot access web management after software upgrade

I have recently performed a software upgrade on 3500yl-24g (J8692A) to version K.15.04.0003. Before the software upgrade I could access the web manager using the switch's IP address.
Now I can only access it through telnet. Running configuration is attached. I have run the command "web-management" in config mode but it didn't work as well.

please make test

erase startup config your switch and make test

Thanks for the help, I solved this problem.
I was connecting to the switch using SSH port forwarding. Hence on my browser I was typing "localhost:[port]" to enter the web manager. After the software upgrade somehow this didn't work. Instead I tried "127.0.0.1:[port] and it worked.
