3Com 4500 switch - 3CR17562-91 - Power over Ethernet question

Dear all,

 

I have just realised that the model of switch I have is not a PWR model, it's just POE enabled.. i.e it will pass power through it's ports, but will not SUPPLY power to the ports itself.

I guess I was going to chuck it out, but then wondered if it's possible to add a power supply to it, or attach an external power supply of some sort?
