3com superstack ii 3000

I have a 3com superstack ii 3000 3c16920 i cant login with anything I was able to use a console cable and set the ip address i have read that flashing the firmware will reset but cant find firmware for this moddel 

 

does anyone know where i can find firmware or another way to reset
