5304xl with 2650 vlan config

I got some issue on my network performance and
don't know if the switch configuration are contributing to my problems. I'll appreciate if some can review my config files a post some suggestions. thx

ı make survey your switch configuration
don't see false configuration
please send me all switch sh log -a command print
