5308 Gigabit ports passing all traffic

I got an odd one here. We have the 4 port Gigabit(copper) blade on a 5308. When analysising traffic on the port, we notice that all traffic not destined for the device on the other side can be seen. It is as if the switch is acting as a hub and not a switch port.
