5308XL Virus-Throttling

We have updated the firmware of 5308XL switch to E_09_03 version.

When Virus-Throttling feature is enabled after couple of hours I lost web, telnet and console connections with switch.

follow part of config:

connection-rate-filter sensitivity low
filter connection-rate A3,B9 notify-only

What is wrong?

Did you get a notify from the virus throttling feature?

And what was needed to access the switch again through web, telnet and console access?
A reboot, or did you only have to wait?
