5406zl and wake on lan

Hi,

I've just replaced my 5308 switch with a new 5406zl, and now my Altiris wake on lan commands have stopped working across my vlans. I copied the original config as much as possible, and cannot see any differences, apart from LACP being set to off in the 5308. However, I understand it is off by default in the 5406.

Any ideas ?

You might have to turn on directed broadcast using 'ip directed-broadcast'.

Check that you have a current firmware running:

Take a look at the release notes:
Release K.13.18
Wake-On-LAN (PR_0000004794) â Wake-On-LAN does not always work successfully.

Thanks for your help guys. The Directed broadcast seems to have fixed the problem.
