8212zl sporadic crashes

where do i get K.14.75? i don't want to open a case with HP support because usually this is a huge PITA and leads nowhere.

Hi,
If I were on your place I would upload the latest release of software to the switch.
K.15.02.0005
Probably the same answer will be if you submit this problem to HP support (after some time which could last few months). I had similar problems and upgrading the software solved problems.

Mentioned here: http://bizsupport1.austin.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&taskId=110&prodSeriesId=3437443&prodTypeId=12883&objectID=c02709585 - versions (K.14.76 and K.15.03.0004; released on 17 December 2010) are newer and additionaly promise to fix infamous "Translator failed" problem.

no i can't. check out your own link. the latest version is K.15.02.0005 / K.14.65
