A7347A HP SureStore 1gb/2gb switch 8B password reset

We just received this switch and we can't manage it without logging in as 'admin'. I can login as 'user'. Is there a way to set the admin password back to the default or to set back the switch to factory defaults?

You need special firmware to reset the switch and that firmware is based on the serial of the switch.
And this is mostly based on support contracts.

Take a look at the broccade site and the support for more details.
