ACL help

Hi all,
I have a 5406zl L3 Switch.
I have configured my Vlans and I need a simple ACL that will
permit to a host (ex. 192.168.80.1) on Vlan 80 to login on my DNS server on another Vlan 81 (DNS SRV IP 192.168.81.11).
I want to use extended ACL and permit only specific ports (DNS 53 utp/tcp).
