ARP PROBLEM 5406zl

Hi all!
I have 6 (2 in each building connected between them with copper 10GBps) 5406zl switches in mesh with redundant fiber links.
One VLAN configured for servers. In first 5406 connected CISCO 2970 with servers and in fourth connected CISCO 2970 with servers. Both switches are in different buildings but ports connected to CISCO's in the same vlan. The problem is i cannot ping from the second CISCO switch servers attached to the first cisco in first buliding but from this first i can. And after that i perform a ping, immidiately i can ping all servers from the second switch for some period of time. After that all stops again. Who can point me to the problem?
