ATM-networkcontroller

Hello I can notconnect to the internet anymore with my other computer asus A7N8X-LA. There come's always a yellow! next to atm controller in devicemanager but I don't use this. I did the adsl card out the computer because I don't use it. I use an ethernetadapter for internet. But still the ATM-networkcontroller comes. Anybody can help me?
