Annex connection to an HP console port

Interested in finding some information on connecting an Annex Terminal Concentrator to HP Unix servers. I would be connecting an Ethernet cable to the Annex box and the other end to a Ethernet-to-db9 connector, which would then be plugged into the console port on the back of an HP server. Looking for the pinout for the connector. Any help would be appreciated.
