Any Easy way to downgrading from K.13.xx to K.12.xx without corrupitng the config?

Any Easy way to downgrading from K.13.xx to K.12.xx without corrupitng the config?

I am trying to downgrade K.13.xx to K.12.xx without corrupting config.

copy tftp config config_k.12.xx 10.10.10.10 config_12.xx

startup secondary config config_k.12.xx

however when I do " show config config_12.xx" still show as # on header of config K.13.xx
