Application to monitor the HP Network Device

I am managing a network where all network device's are from HP, so i need help to moniter the Network device's Downtime by the application, Is there any application from which i can manage the all devices from singl PC.

If you are only interested in monitoring downtime, have a look at Nagios which is freeware.

Otherwise IMC or Airwave has tons of other functions.
