Backplane stats on 4108

I can ssee the CPU stats with sh CPU.

I've looked at sh tech but can what I'm looking for.

The specs say that this switch has a 36 gig backplane. How can I see what the load on the switch is?

There's no way to really check this. The only thing you can really check is the port counters, if you're seeing a lot of drops then chances are it's oversubscribed.

With the 4100, the bottleneck is the Module to backplace connection which is a 2-Gigabit full duplex link.
