STP & LACP are two entirely separate protocols. THey are not inter-dependent. In fact, at the level of the physical interface, they are mutually exclusive.

 

If you are unsure how LACP is working, I suggest you start with one trunk, two physical interfaces, and one VLAN. From there, add VLANs and add physical interfaces gradually until you understand what you are configuring.

 

As far as your LACP configuration goes, it looks fine to me - it's not complicated.

It gets more complicated when you start having to deal with a multi-vendor environment.

What device is the LACP Trunk connecting to ? Is LACP properly configured on that side ? There seem to be some LACP flaps in the log, so you should try to see if the problem lies with this switch or wether this switch just responds like this to strange LACP behavior from the remote end ...
