CSS 11501 configuration question

You are somewhere in the world and on the internet. You come to our site, through our CSS to one of our two web servers.

Question: What rule set, if any, do I put in the CSS to allow the ip you are coming from, to pass
through our CSS to be recorded on one of the web servers for the purpose to web stats?
