Can I set up DTC for a Modem?

I have an HP 9000 server on 11.i, running 4 DTC16n's for terminals and printers, I want to know If I can set up a Modem to run as a terminal (external USRobotics Sportster 28800)
I found instructions in the DTC manager instructions, but they don't match the screens I Get.
