I guess the answer should be NO, but just want comments from tech guru:
I have a 2nd FW that is connected to this Procurve switch. Everything under it are in different subnet, but without dhcp server can we make switch automatically assign those subnet IPs to whatever connected?

Configure a helper address on the router to forward you DHCP requests from L2 segments over L3 router to the DHCP server (the firewall) Configure different subnet DHCP ranges for each subnet.
