Can't read syslog on PCM+ 3.1
i'm using pcm+ 3.1 nd configured the switch 2610-24/12PWR logging to send to pcm server as in manual
procurve(config)#logging server-ip
but i'm not able to read syslog on pcm so why that should configure anything else or what ?

Try to add this command:
debug destination logging
If this doesn't help, try to update your PCM+ with latest fix (if you don't yet). And it would be better to upgrade swith too.
Maybe you install PCM+ on server which already have syslog server installed?
Also you may check with Wireshark if server receives messages from the switch.
If you can, try to send messages on another server to check is it PCM or switch trouble.

thnx for u help nd i'm gonna test this command nd see what will happen .
nd i'm using the last pcm+ nd also update 2610 with last software R_11_54 .
but u know i use the same command with 8206zl nd i'm able to see syslog on pcm+ .
let's try the command u say it to me nd see what will happen .
