Cannot import 930x config in pcm 2.2

Hi, I have a little problem with a 9308 and 9304, i cannot import config in pcm. If i test communication parameters in pcm all working fine, i can see vlans, ports status, send cli command but every time i try to scan the config i receive a "Failure: Scan failed! Please check if the device is connected and the correct CLI/SNMP settings are configured in PCM." All over switchs (4108,2626, 5300) are working fine.

Was it working prior to PCM 2.2?

I have had issues with the 9300 series myself and PCM but unfortunately I did not get the opportunity to resolve the issue.

It doesn't work with older pcm 1.6 / 2.0 / 2.1 releases. I have 3 operators account and an enable password, 2 snmp community:
get public no 0
set private yes 0

I can tftp the config to my tftp server.
So i don't know where the problem come from.

I have a make a fresh install on a 2003 R2 virtual machine and all things working.
On my physical install now the manual discovery wizard stuck on "device connection detection" and java errors in logs.

Is there a way to backup the database for reinstall pcm ?
