CatTools v2 and HP 2524

I have my 2524 set to CLI, and can authenticate with cat tools. However when I issue a config command, cattools says it does not understand the response.

Any ideas?

I've added:

Console terminal none,
and now it fails on the vty prompt.

I just tried this with CatTools 2.2.22 with a 2512 running F.05.34 and it's worked fine for myself.

Have you had any further luck? If not please let us know some more details of your switch configuration and how you've set it up in CatTools.

One other thing, you can enable capture mode in CatTools (File > enable capture mode)

It will place a log file in:
C:\Program Files\CatTools2\Debug

This should give you some clues as to why it's failing.

Okay guys, my fault. All I had to do was use the CatTools Modify config command rather than the enter command. The enter command works find on cico but for some reason cannot detect the prompts on the HP.
