Cisco 3020 blade switch

I reset my switch to factory default and now it's not accessible thru Onboad Administrator even though it shows a valid DHCP IP address. IP does not ping. Do I need to config something else to access switch?
Thanks,
Eric

Re: Cisco 3020 blade switch

Hi

When you install the switch, the HP Onboard Administrator might assign an IP address to the switch fa0 Ethernet interface.
This occurs if the Onboard Administrator is connected to a network in which a DHCP server is also connected or if the Onboard Administrator has been configured as a DHCP server.
If either of these conditions is true, the "fa0" interface obtains an IP address, and you can manage the switch through the fa0 interface.
