Cisco 3020 reseat
Hi chaps, I've got a 3020 that seems to be frozen.Looking from the back its Interconnect module bay 2. I want to reseat it but I've heard theres an issue or a procedure so the configs arn't over written. Can I simply pull it out & reseat it, or is there a procedure. The enclosure is in a live enviroment so I have to be sure.

Re: Cisco 3020 reseat
Its always a good idea to have the configuration copied to a tftp server just in case.
What are the symptoms indicating it is "frozen"? What does that mean?
