Cisco 3120X Web Interface Problem
We have recently installed a new C7000 Blade Enclosure.
We have installed three Cisco 3120X switches into the Interconnect Bays and are now attempting to connect to them using the web interface.
Two of the switches are bringing up the web interface as expected, however one is bringing up what appears to be almost a plain text version, with links as follows:
Telnet- to the router.
Show interfaces - display the status of the interfaces.
Show diagnostic log - display the diagnostic log.
Monitor the router - HTML access to the command line interface at level 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15
Show tech-support - display information commonly needed by tech support.
Extended Ping- Send extended ping commands.
Web Console - Manage the Switch through the web interface
Clicking on the web console link just displays a blank page without any errors.
Any advice regarding how we can overcome this problem would be appreciated.
