Clear cisco arp cache via snmp

Hello,

How can I clear the arp cache on a cisco device using snmp?
eg. what is the snmpset equivalent for the 'clear arp-cache' command?

I know how to clear a single arp entry via snmp. I need to clear the entire dynamic arp table via snmp.
