Client cant set any static ip, only use DHCP ip

I have hp 3500yl switch, dhcp server and client obtain an ip address from dhcp server but this client can also manually configure static ip address.I dont want to set static ip address manually this client that it only use dhcp servers ip.How do I.Thanks

Hi Aziz,

Your question seems not really one for a forum about switches.

It sould be put in a forum about the OS that the client uses.
If it' is windows, you must give the user limmited rights so it cannot access the network control panel and change network settings.
This can be done by a policy (domain or local) that removes the network control panel from the user menu.
