Connecting 2 switches directly

I am trying to connect a 3CRUS2475 switch and a 3CR17771-91 switch using SPF modules and fiber cables.  I have them connected, I enabled the ports, set the settings to be the same and they do not communicate.

Hi, if you want some help, you have to probably provide more info...

- do you use supported transceivers on both sides?

- what about SFP status led if you insert the transceivers? or what can you see about transceivers and interface status in CLI related to these ports?

- what do you mean set the settings to be the same? Probably just try auto negotiation if the links come up and then try to set another settings.

- what about fibre technology (SX, LX...)? is it the correct one related to distance between switches?

- is the fibre cable OK?
