DNS Setup on 7102 Secure Router
Hi All
Just a quick Question.
I am currently testing and implementing a 7102dl dual ADSL setup.
Right now I am testing on a isolated subnet and have a single ADSL connection in place and connected. My client can ping IP address's on the internet, but not domain names.
Where and what DNS settings should I be using. Should I be using the ISP's DNS putting them into the primary and secondary DNS under the Hostname / DNS settings or Should I be using (when I integrate into our network) my own DNS servers?
Thanks.

Re: DNS Setup on 7102 Secure Router
I can't use (or atleast the wizard wont accept) the ISP DNS.
Could someome explain the DNS setup. On a 'basic' home / small business router it auto picks up the DNS settings and no config is required.
WHat am i ment to do here to get it to work?

Re: DNS Setup on 7102 Secure Router
Hi
Ignore this threat. Problem solved.
Having a dummy moment and not specifying on the client DNS host (and pointing to the router).
If anyone has any good guides on how to setup VPN. That would be great.

Re: DNS Setup on 7102 Secure Router
I've found that using the Wizard for the VPN's is pretty good for both point-to-point and for VPN clients.
