Deploy config in PCM2.1

Hello,

I am doing something wrong when using PCM to do deploy of a configuration from swich 4104gl to a 4108gl.I got the text "reboot:not necessary-no changes".
But the configuration in PCM is not at all identical to that in the new 4108gl switch.
Have anybody any idea?
