Double logon with Sun Java VM

I am trying to use Sun's Java VM to logon to 26XX,28XX, or 6108 switches. When I do I am presented with 2 logons. One when the window frame initially comes up and one when it fills the window. Is there a way to stop this other than to use the Micosoft VM? If I use the Microsoft VM it does not do the double logon but I need the Sun VM for some other sites.

Try a newer JRE version or adjust the proxy settings.

Thanks, I tried the latest 5.0 update 6 and tried every proxy setting I could find. When you say proxy setting is there one for IE and one for JAVA that are seperate?

Alternatively have you tried a different browser like Firefox?

No, our security will not allow us to use firefox. IE is the only one we can use.

Yes, there are separate proxy settings for IE and JRE. You may also want to check your IE proxy exceptions list.

I turned proxy off and it still does it.
