ERRORs 5308?

I have 10 switchboards 5308 with Software revision: E.10.52. On one I have a mistake:
W 03/14/08 09:03:42 chassis: Lost Communication with Slot H
I 03/14/08 09:03:42 ports: port H1 is now off-line
I 03/14/08 09:03:44 chassis: Slot H Downloading
I 03/14/08 09:03:46 chassis: Slot H Download Complete
W 03/14/08 09:03:53 chassis: Slot H Software exception at msgSys_drv.c:519 - in
'eDrvPoll', task ID = 0x4078d990
- > Msg loss detected - no ack
I 03/14/08 09:04:08 chassis: Slot H Ready
I 03/14/08 09:04:19 ports: port H1 is now on-line

I've seen this problem before and it is in someway related to sFlow sampling. Are you using PCM+ by any chance or any other sFlow sampling applications?

There was an sFlow fix in E.10.69 which appeared to help a few customers with this same type of crash. Can you try E.11.03 and let me know your results? I would also be interested in your running-config and possibly the 'show tech'. If the problem continues, please open up a case with ProCurve support.

Yes I use PCM + 2.3, and it is valid ├Р┬╜├Р┬░├С ├Р┬╕├Р┬╗├Р┬╛├С ├С after installation PCM but at me 10 ├Р┬║├Р┬╛├Р┬╝├Р┬╝├С ├Р┬░├С ├Р┬╛├С ├Р┬╛├Р┬▓ of a series 5308 with E.10.52 and such problem on them no

I think this problem is caused by certain traffic patterns as it does not occur on every switch. Please try E.11.03.
