Excessive jabbering in HP Procurve Switch 2650

hi,

we are getting the excessive jabberign in the HP procurve switch 2650 on some of the ports. once we get this error network become slow and system will not respond.

if i restart teh switch everythign will come to normal and after sometime the same error occurs and the issue follows.

Nortel IP phones are connected to the ports which shows this error.

i had repalced the switch with the same model but it didnt work for me.

can any one help me out in resolving this issue.
