Fatal IPMap error: Database not available

I am running the NNM Remote Console and I am seeing a flood of the errors below.

I currently have a support ticket open, opening port 2532 on the firewall was listed as a possible fix. However there is no firewall policy that blocks traffic for that port here.

HP Support has also validated that the auth files are correct.

The remote console launches however the errors below flood the screen. We had one instance of a user opening the Remote Console successfully without the errors.

Has anyone seen this issue?
