Firmware issue with SSH2 & K.14.60

Have configured TACACS corporate wide and working except 1 - 3500 switch running K.14.60, does anyone know of firmware issues with K.14.60??? I keep getting "connection closed" while attempting to login. I would just upgrade the firmware but it is online (production)...
