Frame Type

How do I set the frame type to 802.3 for the 4000M globally, or on all ports.

802.3 is the standard ethernet frame

4000M is a ethernet switch. you don't need to enable anything. This switch only switches ethernet frames

If you add a gigabit card to the switch (802.3ad) it aumatically detects and switch this kind of traffic in gigabit connections
