HDAUDIO installation issue. Please Help!

hello all!

I have a HP G6032EA (GZ974EA) notebook with Windows XP 64 bit Professional (Version 5.2 / Service Pack 2). I have downloaded the file off the HP website for the HDAUDIO Conexant audio and modem driver. The driver I have downloaded for some reason will not install the Conexant Audio of the HDAUI Smart CP modem either. If I use Winrar and open up the driver file (sp34427.exe) and try to load Setup.exe and HXFSetup64.exe still nothing happens. I have tried downloading the drivers through windows update but as I do I get an error message saying "Required section not found in the INF". I am at my ends wits! can any1 help? Thanks in advence for any solutions!
