HP Cisco 3020 & clustering / alternative?

Hello,

I'm finding conflicting information about wether I can cluster the HP Cisco 3020 Switches in my C7000 enclosure or not. The Cisco site Says it's not supported, and the HP documents indicate it may very well be.

Clustering may be overblown, all I am trying to do is have the configuration of one switch automatically replicate to the adjacent switch so that failover between switches is consistent.

So
bay 1 should replicate to bay 2
bay 5 should replicate to bay 6
bay 7 should replicate to bay 8
